Message: I first went to Hannapel for a new front door and was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices were on par or better than Lowe's, plus I was working with Brennan who was knowledgeable about the products and able to answer my questions. After having a good experience with ordering the front door, we reached out to Brennan for some help because a sliding glass door and window that we had ordered through Home Depot earlier on in our project didn't actually arrive on time and the order was pushed back by 4+ months. Brennan was able to quickly research our options and provide us a few solutions to choose from while we canceled our order at Home Depot. The prices again were on par or better AND we felt confident that our order would be placed correctly. We have really appreciated Brennan's help and knowledge, and we now know that Hannapel is our go-to store for doors and windows.
